Great news! We just learned that we are leading our Democrat opponent 38% to 37% according to a poll released by the PPP earlier today.

This is Dan's first head to head matchup against his opponent since securing the Republican nomination for Lt. Governor last month and one thing is clear - momentum is on our side.

But here is the challenge: Dan's Democrat opponent is the former Personnel Director for the state. Having been appointed to that role by Governor Perdue, she will be deeply funded by the State Employees Union, which has pledged over $1.5 million in support of her campaign.

Whoever wins this Lt. Governor's race will preside over the State Senate and help control the flow of legislation moving through the General Assembly. If you want Dan Forest to be the man holding that gavel come January - we need your help now more than ever.
