Dan Forest for Lt. Governor to Meet Voters in Caldwell County
(Charlotte, NC) – Dan Forest, Republican candidate for the office of North Carolina Lt. Governor, will be campaigning door to door in Caldwell County on Wednesday, July 11. Dan is on week five of a six week, county a day tour of the state, where he is walking to hundreds of homes each day seeking support of the voters for the upcoming July 17th run off election. Dan will meet those supporters helping him go door to door at 2:00 p.m. at Walmart located at 935 Blowing Rock Blvd in Lenoir before heading out to nearby neighborhoods to meet voters.

Dan will also attend the Caldwel Tea Party meeting on Wednesday night, July 11. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm at the Public Library, 120 Hospital Avenue in Lenoir. The public is welcome - we'd love for you to join us.
Dan Forest is a former senior partner and office president of the state's largest architectural firm. He is making his first run for elected office. Dan and his wife Alice and their four children reside in Raleigh. Dan finished first in the May 8th primary for the office of Lt. Governor, garnering over 250,000 votes in a five man race, and besting his closest opponent by 62,000 votes. He faces a July 17th run off election for the office.
