Dan Forest for Lt. Governor to Meet Voters in New Hanover County

Will be joined by Ilario Pantano

(Charlotte, NC) – Dan Forest, Republican candidate for the office of North Carolina Lt. Governor, will be campaigning door to door in New Hanover County on Thursday, July 5.  He will be joined by Ilario Pantano.

 

Dan is on week four of a six-week, county-a-day tour of the state, where he is walking to hundreds of homes each day seeking support of the voters for the upcoming July 17th run-off election. Forest and Pantano will meet those supporters helping go door to door at 11:00 a.m. in the parking lot of Mayfaire Town Center, located at 900 Town Center Drive in Wilmington, before heading out to nearby neighborhoods.

Dan Forest is a former senior partner and office president of the state's largest architectural firm. He is making his first run for elected office. Dan and his wife, Alice, and their four children reside in Raleigh. Dan finished first in the May 8th primary for the office of Lt. Governor, garnering over 250,000 votes in a five man race, and besting his closest opponent by 62,000 votes. He faces a July 17th run off election for the office.
